會員規則
當您在JACK & JONES官方網店申請註冊流程中點擊同意本規則後，即表示您已充分閱讀、理解並接受JACK & JONES官方網站的使用條款、私隱政策、配送條款、退貨政策、網站購物政策的以及本條款全部內容。若您不同意以上或其中任何一部分，請立即停止申請註冊流程。
上述規則自您提交會員資格申請之日起對您生效。
JACK & JONES網站會員與實體店會員不相通，會員積分制度也不相同。
請注意，倘若閣下拒絕接受該等條款及細則，閣下將無法透過我們的網站使用或訂購任何產品。透過進入或使用本網站，你代表並保證（i）你有足夠的法律年齡或其他法律行為能力，合法同意這些條款及條件 及（ii）你已閱讀，明白並同意受這些條款所約束（iii）你將根據適用的法律使用該網站。透過造訪網站，你也承認某些內容可能不適合 18 歲以下的使用者。
會員積分、購物金、會員優惠折扣以及VIP會員優惠折扣適用額度與可用貨品類別以本公司認定為準。若遇特殊活動、優惠品、折價品等，如有任何爭議，本公司保留一切權利。
會員身分不得重複申請，若發現重複申請，將只保留原有申請的會員資格，其他申請之會員資格即失效並且購物金歸零。
會員積分、購物金等不得轉移、也不得兌換現金，亦不得合併多名會員的積分或購物金一同使用。
BESTSELLER可根據適用法律法規變化及維護網站任何條款、保護消費者權益、會員計劃或會員服務調整等需要，不時對本規則進行變更。若BESTSELLER變更本規則，我們將通過以下一種或多種方式告知會員
1) 電子郵件
2) JACK & JONES官網
3) 手機短信
會員積分
會員根據本規則完成所有註冊流程而成功註冊成為會員, 在香港JACK & JONES官網登入其會員帳號購物並付款成功後, 其就購買JACK & JONES商品實際支付的金額將計算為會員積分, 港幣 1元＝1會員積分，未滿港幣1元的實際支付金額不計算為會員積分。
使用任何優惠的金額部分不計算入會員積分 , 積分以實際付款的金額為準(例如，假如會員在購買總價值為 HK$1,000 的產品時使用HK$400 優惠碼，該會員只會獲得 600 分會員積分)。
會員積分會在成功付款且下單後20天之內在其會員帳號內顯示。
以下情況不產生任何會員積分
- 非在香港JACK & JONES官網進行購買的商品
- 明示不計算為會員積分的特定商品
- 所有已退貨的貨款
- 促銷活動禮品或贈品
- 使用會員積分換領的貨品
- 非JACK & JONES品牌的商品
- 會員有不誠實或非法交易行為的，Bestsller有權取消交易、扣除或調整會員積分，或限制會員積累會員積分。
我們保留自行決定更改 JACK & JONES香港官方網站會員的條款和條件的權利。
Bestseller負責會員積分的操作和管理。在特定情況下，Bestseller有權取消、作廢、扣除或調整會員積分，並以電子郵箱、電話或手機短信此等其中一個方式通知會員，會員可以在發出上述通知後的30日內對扣除或調整會員積分的決定作出異議。如有任何爭議，Bestseller保留最終決定權。
終止會籍
包括但不限於以下情形出現時，Bestseller有酌情權終止會員資格，會員資格終止自Bestseller通知之日起生效:
- 提供不真實會員申請資訊
- 錯誤地積累會員積分，或會員為除本規則外的其他目的使用會員服務
- 會員死亡或喪失民事責任能力
- 會員擾亂其他會員的活動，或利用其他會員個人資訊對其他會員造成損害，或有其他侵犯他人合法權益的行為
- 惡意刷單或其他騙取、盜取或非法佔有任何會員積分、補貼、優惠或其他會員福利（若有）的行為
- 會員違反本規則的條款和條件，損害公共秩序、公序良俗，或者違反法律法規規定的
一旦會員資格終止，所有的會員積分和其他會員權益將立即自終止當天到期失效；即使該會員重新申請註冊會員，上述權益也將不予恢復
如就會員資格終止有任何爭議，Bestseller保留最終決定權
在適用法律許可的最大範圍及程度內，因顧客或會員的遺漏、疏忽及或未能向我們提供其最新的資料，或因該等資料的準確性及完整性所造成或引致的任何索償、要求、責任或訴訟，Bestseller將不會承擔任何責任。
Member Rules

JACK & JONES website membership is not conjuction with physical store membership, and the membership system is also different.
Please note that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to use or order any products through our website. By entering or using this website, you represent and warrant that (i) you are of sufficient legal age or other legal capacity to legally agree to these terms and conditions and (ii) you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms ( iii) You will use the Site in accordance with applicable laws. By visiting the Site, you also acknowledge that certain content may be inappropriate for users under the age of 18.
The applicable amount of membership points, shopping credits, membership discounts and VIP membership discounts and available product categories are subject to the company's determination. Membership cannot be applied for more than one time. If multiple applications are found, only the membership originally applied will be retained, and other applied memberships will become invalid and the membership points will be returned to zero.
Membership points, shopping credits, etc. cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with multiple members' membership points or shopping credits for use together.
BESTSELLER may change these rules from time to time based on changes in applicable laws and regulations and the need to maintain any terms of the website, protect consumer rights, adjust membership plans or membership services, etc. If BESTSELLER changes these rules, we will notify members through one or more of the following methods:

Membership Reward Points
If a member completes all the registration processes in accordance with the rules and successfully registers as a member, after logging into his or her member account on the Hong Kong JACK & JONES official website to make a purchase with a successful payment, the actual amount paid for the JACK & JONES products purchased will be calculated as member points, HKD 1 = 1 member point. The actual payment amount less than HKD 1 will not be counted as member points.
The amount of any discount used will not be calculated into membership points. Points will be based on the actual payment amount (for example, if a member uses a HK$400 discount code when purchasing products with a total value of HK$1,000, the member will only receive 600 membership points. ).
Member points will be credited in member's account within 20 days after successful payment and order placement.
No membership points will be generated in the following situations:
- Products not purchased on the JACK & JONES Hong Kong official website
- Specific products which are stated not to be counted as membership points
- Payment for all returned items
- Promotional gifts or giveaways
- Items redeemed by using member points
- Non-JACK & JONES brand products
- If a member engages in dishonest or illegal trading behavior, Bestsller has the right to cancel the transaction, deduct or adjust membership points, or restrict the member from accumulating membership points.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of JACK & JONES Hong Kong official website membership at our sole discretion.
Bestseller is responsible for the operation and management of membership points. Under certain circumstances, Bestseller has the right to cancel, invalidate, deduct or adjust membership points, and notify members by email, phone or text message. Members can deduct or adjust membership points within 30 days after issuing the above notification. Points decisions are contested. In case of any dispute, Bestseller reserves the right of final decision.
Memembership Termination
Bestseller has the discretion to terminate membership when the following circumstances occur, including but not limited to, and the termination of membership will take effect from the date of notification by Bestseller:
- Provide untrue membership application information
- Accumulating membership points by mistake, or members using membership services for purposes other than these rules
- Member dies or loses capacity for civil liability
- Members disrupt other members’ activities, use other members’ personal information to cause harm to other members, or engage in other acts that infringe on others’ legitimate rights and interests
- Malicious fraud or other acts of defrauding, stealing or illegally possessing any member points, subsidies, discounts or other member benefits (if any)
- Members violate the terms and conditions of these rules, harm public order, public order and good morals, or violate laws and regulations
Once the membership is terminated, all member points and other membership rights will immediately expire on the day of termination; even if the member re-applies to register as a member, the above rights will not be restored.
In case of any dispute regarding the termination of membership, Bestseller reserves the right to make the final decision
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claims or claims arising out of a customer’s or member’s omission, negligence and/or failure to provide us with their latest information, or due to the accuracy and completeness of such information, Bestseller will not bear any responsibility for demands, liabilities or lawsuits.
