我們採用順豐速遞送貨，順豐速遞將有機會就個別收貨地址而收取額外附加費，詳情可向順豐速遞查詢
填寫送貨資料時，必須提供有效的 香港 / 澳門手機號碼，否則順豐速遞將不能與你聯絡安排配送，或發送任何「取貨提醒」短訊
如你提供的地址與實際配送地址不同，導致配送受到影響且產品遭退回，則這種情況下我們將無法退還運費，但不影響你購買的訂單退款
當你的訂單從倉庫發貨後，系統會發送「送貨電郵通知」，而電郵內會列明訂單的運單號碼。你於對應的速運公司網站上輸入運單號碼後，即可查詢訂單物流情況。我們不提供指定配送日期、時間的配送。若果你需要另行約定配送時間，請自行與速運公司工作人員聯絡。
配送服務
配送範圍目前限於香港和澳門地區。
在你成功下單並付款後，我們會於３個工作天內發貨到你提供的收貨地址並於發貨後通知你送貨追蹤號碼。
香港本地預計送貨時間為6個＊工作天之內，澳門地區送貨時間預計為8個工作天之內。個別地區送貨有機會不同， 順豐速遞將有機會就個別收貨地址而收取額外附加費，詳情可向順豐速遞查詢。
若我們為你連續配送兩次皆無法與你取得聯絡，則本訂單將自動取消，這種情況下我們將無法退還運費，你的貨款亦會退回至你的帳戶。
我們不提供門市自取服務，所有網站訂單必須提供有效的香港／澳門送貨地址。
我們不提供指定配送日期、時間的配送。
訂單一經確認後，不接受送貨地址變更，請於下單前謹慎填寫送貨資料。
＊工作日是指不包括星期日和公眾假期，以及於任何上午 9:00 至下午 5:00 期間任何時間香港發出 8 級或以上烈風/暴風信號或黑色暴雨警告信號或澳門發出同級的惡劣天氣警告的任何日子。

Free shipping for Hong Kong/ Macau orders over HKD$800. HKD$50 will be charged for orders less than $800.
We use SF Express for delivery. SF Express may charge additional surcharges for individual delivery addresses. Please contact SF Express for more details.
When filling in the delivery information, you must provide a valid Hong Kong / Macau mobile phone number, otherwise SF Express will not be able to contact you to arrange delivery, or send any "pickup reminder" text messages
If the address you provide is different from the actual delivery address, resulting in delivery being affected and the product being returned, in this case we will not be able to refund the shipping cost, but it will not affect the refund of your order.
When your order is despatched from the warehouse, the system will send a "delivery email notification" , and the order's tracking number will be listed in the email. After you enter the tracking number on the corresponding express company website, you can check the logistics status of your order. We do not offer delivery with specified delivery dates and times. If you need to make another appointment for delivery, please contact the express company staff directly.
Delivery Service
When your order is placed and payment completed successfully , we will deliver your order to the delivery address you provided within 3 working days and notify you of the delivery tracking number after despatched.
The estimated delivery time in Hong Kong is within 6* working days, and the delivery time in Macau is estimated to be within 8 working days. Delivery may vary in individual areas, and SF Express may charge additional surcharges for individual delivery addresses. For details, please contact SF Express.
If we are unable to contact you after two consecutive deliveries, this order will be automatically canceled. In this case, the shipping cost is non-refundable and your payment will be returned to your account.
We do not provide self-pickup service at stores, and all website orders must provide a valid Hong Kong/Macau delivery address.
We do not offer delivery with specified delivery dates and times.
Once the order is confirmed, changes of the delivery address will not be accepted. Please fill in the delivery information carefully before placing the order.
＊Working days refer to weekday and excluding Sundays and public holidays, and any time between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm when Hong Kong issues a gale/storm signal of level 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal or Macau issues severe weather of the same level.
