請先點擊JACK & JONES 香港官方網上商店首頁右上角的【登入】，進入登入／加入頁面。點選【加入】後填寫相關資料，閱讀並勾選同意 《使用條款》和 《私隱政策》後，點擊【加入】完成註冊；成功加入後便可登入賬戶，並下單購買商品。
請注意： 你在註冊賬戶前，請仔細閱讀我們的 《使用條款》和 《私隱政策》。如果你有任何疑問，可以聯繫我們；如果你選擇繼續完成註冊，即代表你完全同意遵守上述協議的約定
你可以進入商品分類選項或者直接通過關鍵字搜索的方式挑選你喜愛的商品，請將商品增加至購物籃中，選擇你要收貨的地點並完成付款。

折扣和折扣門檻不包括派遞費。
折扣不能與其他優惠一起使用。
如閣下持有優惠券、促銷或折扣代碼，需在結算過程中輸入，方為有效。
訂單一經確認，不接受任何原因取消，請在下單前慎重考慮。
部分優惠可能僅適用於網上購物；該等優惠未必適用於實體店。如客戶希望享受該等專享網上優惠，則需在網上下達訂單。請注意，如閣下購買的某項商品提供網上專享優惠，但在實體店按原價出售，閣下將無權就差額要求退款。
我們可以自行決定按照使用條款或任何理由不接受或撤銷你的訂單，而無需對你或第三方承擔任何責任。如果你的儲蓄卡、信用卡、銀行帳戶或其他第三方支付帳戶已經付款，而後該訂單被撤銷，已付的貨款將以原支付方式退款。
你同意，BESTSELLER 在下列情況下，可以撤銷你的訂單，通過原付款方式向你退回你支付的相關貨款（如適用），並無須提供補償:
- JACK & JONES官方網站上顯示的產品資訊明顯錯誤或缺貨的
- 價格錯誤
- 平台技術問題
- 你的訂單資訊明顯錯誤或你訂購數量超出我們的備貨量的
- 因不可抗力、傳輸遲延、JACK & JONES 網站和平台系統發生故障或遭受第三方攻擊，及其他BESTSELLER無法控制的情形，根據我們判斷需要取消你的訂
- 你未能成功完成付款
- 以代購銷售為目的進行購買
- 假借他人帳戶或身份進行購買
- 其他違反使用條款、平台其他相關規則、政策、或網頁活動規則中限制、禁止的行為或不符合公平原則或誠實信用原則的情形（如你多次無正當理由拒收訂購產品， 惡意佔用庫存等）
注意事項
1. 《使用條款》、 《私隱政策》、 《配送條款》及 《退貨政策》為所有訂單不可分割的一部分。請在確認下單前仔細閱讀《使用條款》、 《物流配送政策》及 《退貨政策》。
2.在你提交訂單前，請務必仔細核對、確認所購商品的名稱、價格、數量、型號、顏色、規格、尺寸、配送地址、電話、收貨人等資料。如有錯誤請立即修改，因為一經提交訂單，所有資料將無法更改。

Purchase Policy
The JACK & JONES website only accepts orders from online members. Registration as an online member is free.
You need to log in to the account you have created in the JACK & JONES Hong Kong official online store in order to place an order. Please click [Login] in the upper right corner on the homepage of the website to enter the registration/login page, fill in the relevant information and log in to your account. You can also log in to your account after adding your favourite products into the shopping bag
Please read our 《Terms & Conditions》 and 《Privacy Policy》。Please contact us if you have any questions; if you choose to continue to register, that means you are fully understand and agree with the terms
You can enter the product catagory option or directly select your favorite products through keyword search. Please add the products to the shopping basket, select the location where you want to receive your order and complete the payment.
You can also log in to the JACK & JONES Hong Kong official online store account to complete the order after selecting your favorite products and adding them to the shopping basket.
Discounts and discount fullfillment do not include delivery charges.
Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
If you have a coupon, promotion or discount code, it will need to be entered during the checkout process.
Once the order is confirmed, cancellation will not be accepted for any reason. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
Some offers may only be applicable to online purchases; these offers may not be available in physical stores. If customers want to enjoy these exclusive online offers, they need to place an order online. Please note that if an item you purchase offers an exclusive online discount but is sold at the original price in a physical store, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference.
We may, at our discretion, not accept or withdraw your order in accordance with the Terms of Use or for any reason without any liability to you or a third party. If payment has been made to your debit card, credit card, bank account or other third-party payment account and the order is later cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
You agree that BESTSELLER may cancel your order and refund the relevant payment you paid (if applicable) through the original payment method without providing compensation under the following circumstances:
- The product information displayed on the JACK & JONES official website is obviously wrong or out of stock
- Price error
- Platform technical issues
- Your order information is obviously wrong or the quantity you ordered exceeds our stocking quantity
- Due to force majeure, transmission delays, JACK & JONES website and platform system failure or third-party attacks, and other circumstances beyond BESTSELLER's control, we may need to cancel your order based on our judgment
- You failed to complete the payment
- Purchasing for the purpose of agency sales
- Pretend to be someone else’s account or identity to make a purchase
- Other violations of the terms of use, other relevant rules, policies of the platform, or restricted or prohibited behaviors in the web activity rules, or situations that do not comply with the principles of fairness or good faith (such as you repeatedly refusing to accept ordered products without justifiable reasons, maliciously occupying inventory, ect.)
Important Notes
1. The "Our Policy", "Privacy Policy", "Shipping & Delivery Policy" and "Return Policy" are an integral part of all orders. Please read the "Our Policy", "Shipping and Delivery Policy" and "Return Policy" carefully before confirming your order.
2. Before you submit an order, please be sure to carefully check and confirm the name, price, quantity, model, color, specification, size, delivery address, phone number, consignee and other information of the purchased product. If there are any errors, please correct them immediately because once the order is submitted, all information cannot be changed.
